one of many of these abomination was a genre that different but yet same, this was called isekai, how could anyone tell the difference between any isekai when they all have the same story element but with different characters design for sametrope. what turn from two different isekai story turn into othe same story , then 200 story different isekai story all became the same and soon all story shall become generic isekai. this was told by the prophet who told to Piper form another universe whom did not insane go yet. which then Piper goes on a insane adventure of burning any iskai stories in name of a holy crusade.

First, Piper went after the most generic ones.
Piper traveled to Chiyoda, Prefecture Tokio, Japan, to Shueisha, in order to remove Isekai.
While in Egypt, she met Nyarlathotep, who agreed with her goal to remove Isekai and joined her on her travels.

Piper was cursed to constantly flip genders to avoid the big gay, and when she had entered Egypt, she had begun to develop feelings for the Lovecraftian gods and desired her own harem. Thus, she was cursed by them to turn from a man into a woman so that they wouldn't have to add the Yaoi tag.

Piper is also luckily a gender-neutral name so she could at least keep that when she had to pull a Tiresias.
