Called it. Also the quack doctor screwed up big time by underestimating our Empress abilities. He just basically confirmed the conspiracy and will be quickly caught. Not to mention the fact, the advantage clearly lies with the Empress now. By being able to feign ignorance on the matter, she will be able to set up a trap that is waiting to be sprung.

it is interesting how the different cultures or changes in culture tradition just make people from the old generation uncomfortable. I do understand what the mother is thinking, BUT she needs to realize, she is not just a simple mother. She is part of the first family of the empire. She needs to take the lead and show how the empire family is now organizing things. If she becomes too uncomfortable, that will give another reason for the ministers to bully and oppress the empress's power and rule. We have to remember that all ministers and some main generals don't like her just cuz the empress is a female. Females were not created to lead or so they thought. why exactly? /shrug

I would love to know what was the real reason. I know that there was a real reason such as taking the power of a family or empire/kingdom. But would love to know who and how and what happened to that family that was abolished just cuz they were a matriarchy lineage.
