@Talismaster It's said that she is Satoshi's childhood friend so, due to her attitude with both Rin and Satoshi, I wouldn't be surprised if it was later revealed that she's been in love with him for a long time (she's been pretty tsundere until now). Very few people seem to be aware of Rin's condition, and I don't think she is.

I got a feeling it's not just the MC who knows he's time skipped but so are the others, keep in mind that if time skip is a scenario everyone doesn't necessarily need to be all skipped at the same points they just have to be overlapped. There may be more than one person involved trying to stop the heartbreak but from different angles/pov.
