In case you guys don't remember the coward guy is Takeuchi who in previous chapters called MC to the rooftop to tell him he lied he had sex with Rose, the blonde loli and was starting to get pissy MC was indifferent to him.
Now we see that the used goods I mean Matsura used Takeuchi as an excuse to get rid off of MC telling he she loves Takeuchi and him being a playboy couldn't help himself and went along with it, he was surprised at her declaration however showing he didn't expect that. She wants him too because he is handsome. In fact other girls tried to hit on him on previous chapters and were annoyed he was hitting on Rose in front of them.
Bitches always like class rep tried to cut off MC from interacting with Rose iirc.

Obviously this will come back later to bite him in the back because he previously told MC he was aiming for Rose so if he wants to complain again to him to not hang out with Rose he will be reminded that now he has Matsura as girlfriend lol.
