Though if the translation makes it far enough depends on a few factors like the popularity in Japan to get them made, and trabslators not dropping the series due to the excessively toxicity and immaturity of way to many manga readers, especially with novel adaptations that are often slower paced and not as action focused.

Even if it wasn't a misunderstanding and the MC had actually slept with the demon girl, the knight girl has 0 reason to get, much less to get violent. She knows him for 2-3 days, she isn't his girlfriend, she isn't nothing.
Despite being raised in confinement and never met anyone outside her immediate family, the demon girl seems to be the one with most common sense and human-like reactions

I think he was right to let her do what she wants. She's a valuable connection which could help him in the future. He also has no reason to refuse, and it's already bad enough that she's suspicious of him.

Tao was a lost person they met only recently. She seemed like a timid naive type. There was no visible romantic development between Nito and Tao, so it's easy to come to the conclusion that Nito was taking advantage of Tao. A virtuous knight like Sierra would of course get angry.

@jonsmth if he refuses he'd go with Toa and by themselves they can do w/e they want. If they have someone else along he'd have to keep hiding his power and get much less accomplished. Its also a problem that shes a knight, people will pay more attention to them. The less people around him the better so he can do his stuff.
