Nito no Taidana Isekai Shoukougun: Saijaku Shoku "Healer" nano ni Saikyou wa Cheat desu ka? - Vol. 1 Ch. 2

When the mimic bites his arm, why is the wound round? I mean, look at the the mimic's "mouth", how could that leave a round wound!?

Sigh. Why do stories have to do this...
"I'm trash" -> Goes into dungeon -> SECRET OP POWER! -> Kills incredibly high leveled monster -> Free gains
I assume he's going to get a harem for free too
Like what's the point of writing stuff like this, nothing but edgy wish fulfillment

It's like watching a car accident in slow motion. You know it's terrible but you can't help watching it just to know how horrible it can get.
Every trashy isekai getting published makes me doubt more and more the skill of the editors and publishers.
This "becoming the strongest harem-master with a trash skill that's actually super OP in another world !" routine is like the sewer levels full of bats and spiders in old-gen console games.

I mean, i come in knowing the isekai manga may be "trash", but at this point i started enjoying seeing how every isekai does their generic stuff
"how is he gonna become op", "how is he gonna get his harem", "how is he going to use his cheat skills"...

Next time on Dragon Ball Isekai!:

MC: I should just... go read a book for awhile shouldn't I?

@Jinyo Like the MC himself said: "So annoying." It renders so much potentially interesting development totally moot, not least of all any character development for the MC. A bullied kid, that is, an emotionally damaged and psychologically weak person, could grow in many interesting ways step by step. Instead he needs to do absolutely nothing to become an asskicker. I guess a reader who's a bullied kid themselves would appreciate it, but nobody else surely would. Seems like the target audience of this work pretty set in stone.

Really? Level 500 mimic did crappy damage to a level 1 and not 1 shot him? Where the fuck did the mimics stats go into? It sure as shit isn't defense or luck this dude killed it and got his power up in just 2 chapters really author? Really?

I don't mind when the MC becomes overpowered from the beginning but it should at least make sense. I don't see how a level 500 Mimic could fail to kill a level 1 person with a surprise attack. I also don't see how he was able to one-shot the mimic just from having his heal reversed into a damage attack. Maybe if that potion was something like "increase next attack by 9999 times" allowing him to one punch the mimic it would make sense.
