Delay? What delay? Seems right on time as always to me

Guess this manga title is actually "Let's admire Kotera-san from a distance".

The girl in this chapter is from chapter 4. Another observer of Kotera, but seems to reflect on her own circumstances in comparison. I at least find that a bit more interesting than pure observation.
