Not sure if this is the right route looking for a moderator to ask a question.

It says I broke a rule during chat. And to ask a moderator.

I was just wondering what rule I broke So I don’t do it again.

The only thing I did was post that the missing chapters could be read on another site and gave the sites web address is that not allowed?

I wasn't there in the chat, but maybe the site you linked was an aggregator site, rather than one belonging to a scanlation group?

Other than linking to another agregator site, Afaik you're also not allowed to link to scanlation sites which explicitly opt out from mangadex (i.e group which ban their release to be posted here)
