Nozomu Nozomi

I remember reading this years ago. Now that I have reread it, it actually has a bit of meaning behind it.

Strike one was the translation quality, strike two was the magical change into a female(why?), strike three was everyone - as usual - being 100% accepting and not questioning anything.

Wish the author would have continued the series from the last chapter. Felt really promising

the only thing that got me through this was my dick. Otherwise its a rushed, badly written mess. there were signs of maybe some deeper conflict but it was never addressed. pass if you dont just wanna pull your hog to it

I don't understand these comments complaining about the pacing, or calling it unfinished. The story includes every detail it needs and doesn't include extra—that's a sign of good writing, not bad.

ending is such a cop out. we could have had a coming of age story of self identity. nozomu, despite turning into a girl, still had the experiences and perspectives of being a boy, and vice versa for her(?) sister(?). we see her yearn for going back to a boy, not because she wants to be a boy, but because it is the path of least resistance. she does not want to accept her true identity because of the seemingly insurmountable conflicts that necessarily come with it.

but instead we got "its convenient to switch identities"

Wished it was longer. The ending really sorted the whole mess out, but if only the story was continued

What ?! He/She just finally accept it and its the end ? Where's the rest, I want to see how it goes after that...
But well, quite good as short as it was, didn't expect to be hooked up that much with the story.

I'm guessing the author would have gone longer if they had the opportunity. Publication was probably cut short so they had to rush things more. It's unfortunate.

Almost as nostalgic as Wandering Son.
It's a shame they got cut short and had to wind it up in a hurry, would have bee nice to see further developments.
