Numbering Out-of-Order Bonus Episode

Heyo. First time on the forums here.

Our group is working on a manga that's ongoing, and we're not even close to catching up (17.5/45).
On the newest episode, the author put up a bonus section that:
[ul]Explains real life history that's related to the work[/ul]
[ul]Has no spoilers or connections to episodes[/ul]
[ul]Confirmed to not be included in tankoubons[/ul]
I'm tempted to TL it and upload it, but not sure how to handle it.
Technically 45.5 would be correct, but that'll be skipping chapters (getting the "could be a troll" warning) and it'll be at the top forever, which isn't ideal.
Maybe something like 0.1 could work, idk.
Or maybe I shouldn't do it altogether...?

Please let me know what you all think.

You could TL it whenever, and then upload it when you eventually reach chapter 45 (and title the bonus "45.5").

45.5 would be the best way to number it, IMO.
