Lmao they're so fast to judge him despite all the previous praise? How can these idiots be in charge of anything if they're too stupid to test his actual abilities first
@ericbj I mean people liked this kind of story so it’s not a surprise that a lot of manga/light novel follow this kind of story formula to guarantee their success.
Just like other isekai thingy, villainess thingy, OP MC make harem thingy, etc.
Even with all the hard work, a 1* rarity never beats a 4* rarity. The only other possible option is that the 1* was a gold star while the 4* was silver.
@ericbj You mean the template where the "ordinary hard working person looked down upon by society and his workplace/school is actually amazing and everyone that looked down upon was just too dumb to realize how amazing he was and end up regretting it when he is gone"???
A trope popular with many Japanese people that feel over worked and underappreciated by society/work/school.... that trope????
@cryum Considering how all of them have been training, (with the 1* training super hard) the level difference shouldn't be that big.
Also half the time 1 star units are sought after are for a weird specific purpose. This guy pretty much just brute forced his way through.
To be fair though, that 4* chariot guy seems like low tier trash. As in, the very bottom of the entire 4* roster, so useless, generic and ugly that they are constantly used as feed while players discuss the reason they exist.
