Damn, I remember watching the anime years ago and liking it but never seeing anything related to it again since I wasn't aware of LNs.

The Anime and Manga has actually been pretty good. But after reading several LN volumes and getting deep in the story - it becomes a really trashy novel. To the point it’s nightmarish. I won’t spoil things, but oh boy, Beta MCs really ruin a story to the point where the Reader coughs blood out of anger!

I still recommend to read the manga and watch Anime though. They where very fun to watch and it’d be a shame to miss. Just don’t have much high expectations regarding plot or romance. Romance could be consider so-so, though you love the Heroine and is your 1# girl, in the end it’s hard to stand the Mc lol.

This novel got out before isekais became popular, that’s why I find it so interesting. It’s even executed some stuff better before isekais where a fad. (I think, I can’t really remember) It’s really a shame how bad it’s became. Honestly the Manga might be it’s saving grace, though it’s difficult to read it, seeing it in art form might make it easier on the eyes and might even portray MC in a good light? I’m hoping for a miracle but I doubt it. Who knows?

Because of the MC stupid personality, he gets Heroine in a critical situation. He even kneels down to the enemy sometime after and begs mercy to them. However they don’t heed him, thus he goes in a defeated depression and seeks advice from his lolis and exposes his secret of knowing the future.— He truly f*cked up the historical timeline and now him and heroine are suffering the consequences. If I remember correctly, she bled in her eyes from a rampage or something. I mean he literally gave out info and using his knowledge without even thinking about how it might effects others.. it’s all his fault. He’s just useless. Sigh. I really liked this novel too. Idk how it ends but I hope it’s a good one. It’s stupid how he dressed up as Santa Claus and kissed her. It’d be romantic if it was in a modern setting but to a girl who doesn’t know what the sh*t that’s is lol
