@shanoc5902 You're forgetting that the fiance has in public talked about "How much they love eachother" -and- publicly tried to slander the MC. Along with that, the MC did fall asleep with the prince, but that was outside in the open, not in a private room. So it's not really a 'step further' it just proves they're close friends. Also the MC has excuses, of being friends with the prince' foster brother, and her brother being close friends with the prince. So her being close enough to the prince to take a nap in the same place as him, while odd, is not unexplainable. Pretty much the thing is MC actually has connections to be prince, while Fiance has none to Julie. Also, MC is recording their entire conversations and private meetings, and remember Julie is following the book. So it's almost certain they have professed love to each other at least once, and have talked about breaking off the engagement to the MC. Literally the only thing the Fiance has is "They feel asleep outside in the open in the same place" assuming he even saw it. But they can just pull the "Personal/Childhood Friends" card and no one would deny it. Especially when it's brought up that the prince is helping her record the incidents and they feel asleep while recording.
