Well, the explanation is a little flimsy here, but it is a fun explanation. Things with a role defying (or exemplifying) otome game villainess setting without being an otome game are cool with me. It's funny too! I quite like the trend of hypercapable women in control of the situation as well

Point is, this is a gem, and if you are already tired of the "otome game villainess reincarnation" subgenre, but like the story beats, this is one you can't miss!

I've read the novel this is based on and it is awesome. Yulias gives a masterclass in how to bankrupt and screw with mentally deficient and delusional morons. It'll be nice to have pictures so i hope someone picks this up and is able to do regular releases.

I just love our dear female protag. She's cute, adorable, hyper-capable, snarky, cynical, black-hearted, slightly narcissistic and the most mercenary merchant you have ever met. If she can make money or gain a benefit from it, she'll consider it. Her goal in life is more business and more money.

It's probably one of the more grounded villainess revenge stories out there. Nothing too absurd.
