This is getting too contrived.

She has a few basic human traits, but apparently her patience for neglect is astronomical... and one wouldn't normally see that in someone who has a body that would be amazing on someone 10 years her junior. That sort of thing would put her in very high demand, which tends to lend itself to a bit of an ego in practice. While she is a bit ditzy, that doesn't really make up for her complete lack of boredom with such a painfully drab life...
And he doesn't have a face, doesn't talk, apparently isn't rich given they were just living with his family... and doesn't have a big dick either judging by the newspaper... works all day and only comes home at night (and apparently stays in on sundays) to let her slave over him... quite blatantly is shooting blanks (while she wants 3 kids)... yet apparently she has been madly in love with him throughout 6 years of marriage so far...
