In this chapter there is a translation error right at the beginning.
You wrote that there are "six genders" but on balance you only talked about three genders.
That is alpha, omega and beta.
I understand that in the drawing there are three pairs but the genders are three.
Then if I misunderstood you, please help me understand.

@ifrittuccia The 6 genders are: Alpha Male, Alpha Female, Beta Male, Beta Female, Omega Male, Omega Female.
This omegaverse is set up with the main and sub-genders which is why they said 6 genders and showed the drawing of the sub gender (alpha, beta, omega) over the main gender (male, female) to explain why there are 6 genders.

I'll explain.
I have always read in the genre omegaverse manga that the alpha were not only males but also women, the same for beta and omega.
And it has always been specified that there were three genders, namely alpha, beta and omega.
Now I understand that mangakas are different but in this case it doesn't make much sense to add something that was already obvious.
For this reason it seemed like a mistake, I thought it was a translation error but in fact as you said you are the mangaka who decided to add an obvious specification.

@ifrittuccia actually some of the other omegaverse we work on not only have those genders but then break them down to recessive and dominant genders! In Heat and Run, they show the 6 genders in chapter one broken down by main and sub on a document they have to fill out instead of having an explanation page. That's actually why I love omegaverse. It's a huge umbrella that gives the creator the freedom to do whatever they wish in their own AU. Also unlike most Omegaverse that has that ridiculously lengthy explanation page, I think the mangaka tried to explain things in their own way for people who may not be familiar with omegaverse. But yeah, it's definitely the way the mangaka wrote it and not a mistranslation on our translators part.

Aww Sazuki is traumatized... maybe he's a recessive omega, so recessive that they thought he was a beta?
