Well, the issue is obviously going to call back to ZM’s comments back when DS and Flash were fighting Garou. If they ever meet an opponent numbers can’t do anything about, the majority of these Neo Heroes fodder aren’t going to cut it. Accel’s crew is already used to sacrifices, though, so maybe his followers could tough it through some challenges, but they’d be eliminated all the same, I suppose.
‘Course, the fact that they’re all being led by a S-Class hero (well, the groups with the actual S-Classes) means they won’t scatter immediately, but it’s bound to happen. Gotta have the tenacity to go up against a hopeless situation to buy time for Saitama to arrive and save the day, wew.
So Webigaza combines both tech and psychic powers. Looks like someone’s finally found a way to artificially grant psychic abilities to a person. I wonder if she won’t end up mutating into a monster, though, given her huge obsession with SM.

If there's one thing I've learned from reading ONE works, it's that he values individuality and coexisting in society. Striking a balance between the two is how you become strong in this world, and...yeah. The Neo Heroes won't cut it in the long run, but their organization is a good catch-all emergency response measure.
Even if the dragon is about to eat the world, Saitama obliterating it won't help if the goblins raze it first, after all.

Definitely going to be prettied up for the manga. Have her clothes fixed up too; first time she appeared, it just looked like an electrician’s jump suit with frills sewed onto it. It’s improved in this chapter, though.

Agreed. I’ve always thought that, while MP100 was focused on self-confidence and self-love, OPM’s overarching theme is the fit between the individual and society. That dichotomy between being true to yourself and being accepted by your peers.
We’ve seen that in the literal class system of the HA which raises up the individual in reverence, and with the S Class being former outliers who were once complete nobodies but were eventually acknowledged and (socially) raised up to the peaks of society. Then there’s the current situation of some of them feeling they have no one else they can properly rely on (CE), lost their confidence (DS), feel overly relied on and unable to focus on their own interests (MB), or too much of a maverick that they’re sliding back into being outcasts (Tats).
And now in comes the Neo Heroes who don’t even seem to have a class system at all. Everyone is just a Neo Hero and only the Neo Leaders are raised up above anyone else. But while some of the Leaders do deserve their position, the others are there just to make up the numbers or because they offered something else to the organization as a whole (namely, money and numbers). Of course they work better as a group, but I don’t imagine the Neo Soda Pop Boys being ready to face down Gouketsu with their lives just to buy a few more seconds for someone to escape, and I imagine that goes the same for a lot of the other Neo Hero foot soldiers.

The Great Philosopher sounds like a hero I genuinely wanna see more of.
Funny how Webigaza and Yokozuna are polar opposites in regards to how they became so powerful.
It seems like the next few chapters will just be showing off the Neo Heroes capabilities. It wouldn't be right to have them be stronger than Tatsumaki or anything, but I do hope that their strongest members actually are S-class material, instead of just arrogant fodder created to be knocked down a peg.

@Liquidxlax We'll see about that, but we haven't gotten enough info on him to safely assume that he's stronger than Tats. I'm more interested in how they would interact considering her connection with Blue's father.

Blue looks like he’s wearing the same power suit as the other regular members, and he made mention of releasing the limiter for his suit previously when he was chasing after Saitama. I imagine that’s more like Genos’ current limiter removal in the manga rather than a Boros kind of limiter; a limiter meant to protect his suit from breaking down, but removing would allow it to operate at a higher level temporarily.
He’s got that electricity thing flashing around his body, though, which the other suit users don’t have. Maybe that’s his personal ability or he’s got a special leader version of the battle suits. Still, he’s having trouble with a Dragon level monster, so on the assumption that the suit isn’t lowering his strength, he’s nowhere near Tats’ level.
