Suiryu still has a lot to learn on how to be a proper hero (you don't go from 0 to 100 in a short span). He fucked up this chapter but the regret about the battle suit and the situation is some growth at least.

Technically, he did. He just didn't get LEGAL punishment - which is pointless for him. They could never do anything to him that has more of an effect than what Saitama did to him.

Anyone else notice how Garou was only mad because the truck was being destroyed after he caught it and set it back down? Shows he's trying to or turned over a new leaf and trying to live normally.

Feel so bad for Garou right now. You can tell that he didn't actually want to fight him the whole time, although it's not like his skills have gone so dull. In true Garou fashion, he's still very capable of catching up to a fighter's level mid-battle, and he escaped Suiryu's full-on boosted final assault with only minor injuries.

Also Limiter Release is interesting, does it possibly have something to do with Saitama's limiter release? Does the body suit temporarily unlock your limiter only to lock in?
