I think that censorship was added to make it look like more was shone then what was really shone. In the raws, she basicly just lifts the very edge. There is basicly nothing additional revealed at all. I think it's just following that whole idea where anything you censor will suddenly seem a lot worse than it is (like adding beeps to normal speech).
