China wants to position itself as the savior of the world as if they didn't start this whole bullshit. So yeah, this is propaganda. Sure wash your hands but don't let them wash your brains. I'm also not American so that's just some racist stereotyping there bro. Everyone is pissed at China and with good reason. Maybe the suspicious people here are those who are not pissed at China?
Everyone hates propaganda, it is awful, it disgusts me as well. But what we see here is a purely informative story that shows the struggle of medical staff who have to fight the virus everyday. The action of this web comic happens in Wuhan, but that's only because the artists are Chinese and that is where it all started. It could be in Lombardy, New York or anywhere else where there are a lot of cases. We really shouldn't hate on such a positive and helpful work that this story is, just because it originates in a country where propaganda is common.

@DesertStorm About what realities are talking exactly? Once again, this is a story about the medical staff who takes care of the patients. The covering up of the disease, refusing international supervising, late response and so on are irrelevant to them at this point in time. To the doctors and nurses what matters now are the ways to combat the virus and that's what this story is trying to show. The politics are a topic for a whole another discussion.(Mind you, I mean the content of this comic and not the real world, although in real world I think we still should be concentrating on fighting the pandemic and not pushing the blame on each other).

but i find the timeline a bit jenky, the story takes place after the wuhan lockdown, that happened on 22 january, but doctor Li contracted covid on 8 january, so Dr Li shouldn't be part of this story at all,
however, from what i have seen so far, i'm still critical to call this manhwa chinese propaganda only based on this fact, i dont see any wrongdoing toward Li's persona with his speech (when he was quarantined he posted a message online vowing to return to the front lines after his recovery) and the whitsleblower story wouldnt fit in a manga where the focus is the medical aspect of the covid treatment

They are press releases. I worked in online news publishing before. It's filler to pad out the site and the press releases' subjects get to tell everyone that they were in the news. If they want to spread COVID education they would not have partnered with the Chinese. Imagine taking a lesson on how to avoid being shot at school from Elliot Roger.
