Before I get too much into this manga. Can someone tell me a few things? Do the girls actually develop feelings of love for the MC, or do they only want to have children? Is it a harem end, or does he end up with only one of them?

It's a bit of both, they develop some feelings but also want to have kids. But the translation isn't finished yet. theres probably only a few chapters left, but it took the TL 3 years to translate 26 chapters, So plenty of time to decide to read.
