This really should have been bad, and in many ways it was. It meandered, often made very little sense, and the art was, um . . . But it was pretty funny, and often heartwarming. Plus it may well have inspired Yandere Kanojo so IMO it gets a pass for many failings.

It had the potential to get really ecchi a few times too, but as the cover shows, they were tasteful about the whole thing, even with Yuna (surprisingly).

Glad to finally see this manga here. This really is a good romcom manga, the art maybe not so good but the overall story is fun to read, even the absurdity of the story is fun.
If you want another manga with very similar premise, Koisuru Yankee Girl is a good one

This manga was the very definition of "don't judge a book by its cover" along with Angel Densetsu. Seriously, give it a few chapters and PLEASE, I'm BEGGING you don't let the art deter you. This is one of the funniest manga I've ever read.
