@karsh: I disagree completely. I HATE untranslated sound effects. Sometimes the entire meaning of a panel can be lost because the sound effect that makes it make sense is untranslated. The fact that the translator for this includes the sound effects is a WONDERFUL thing.

You got a fetish for translations being placed in the image where it can interfere with what you can see?

Personally I appreciate all the translations since yes, it does help you with understanding what the readed is supposed to understand.
I can see the point in not wanting SFX translations to be within the image, although so far it's not been to a degree I'd find bothersome.


I might be wrong, but my impression from reading your posts it seems like madcat is actually just disagreeing with the alternative karsh gave to his(karsh) wish/suggestion for them to place SFX translations at the side.

I believe one of the siblings mentioned their parents living abroad once for like a second in a previous chapter. It didn't get into the nitty gritty as far as I can remember, so either one of the parents is working abroad and the other followed as a house spouse to support them there or they're both working, or hell, maybe they're just living it up somewhere while their youngest child performs illegal human experimentation on her older brother.
