From what I read it seems like a good start. The biggest problem with this however is the translation which really needs improvement.

Well, the art is... not that good but i have seen worse. The story and characters are quite intriguing tho, if you can tolerate the art style and the translation then this manga could be a 6 or 7.
Most of the bad ratings is due to the Art, give it a rry if u are bored.
