I love how Lecan persona is what you imagine an actual adventurer without cheat powers is and how adept they become and how they have to live and breath their job because if they don't they're dead or at least that is how it was in his past world. It helps that the translations are done well along with the grammar.

The only thing, literally the only thing that could ruin this series if it becomes a harem of some sort. One pinning after Lecan? That's fine. Hopefully if such a thing happens, she has some agency outside of that (I have no expectations though). I like Lecan's stoicism within the confines of his professionalism, not in social settings where we have to deal with that dense protag shit.

@Strenux A bit late but, since this is by the excellent author who wrote (writes?) Bard Loen, I wouldn't expect anything of the sort, like a harem. Even romance may be a bridge too far.
