@impendio Funny thing is that they potentially could be if he was the older one. Minimum age (parents would have to sign off on it or something I assume) is 18 for men, 16 for women. If neither has parental consent, they both have to be at least 20. Seems like it could be kept simpler, but Japan gonna be Japanesey.
