Option to sort by publication status in MDList?

I have a lot of manga in my MDList (almost a thousand) and I mainly want to read manga that have all (or most of) the chapters finished, so I would like an option to sort through my MDList by publication status. It could also help when trying to see all the manga that might not be worth reading yet because of it being on hiatus or cancelled.

On the topic of publication statuses, having two different statuses for manga would be nice. One for raw publication, and one for translation.
It could read "Raws completed - Translation ongoing", etc.
