I would like to point out that Noru didn't tell the girls about Sarah's skills, even though they know he can see them. He has proof she's cheating and he's not giving it out because... why? Is he stupid? Or is he 'okay' with the idea of her stealing him if she can? Because the way he was envisioning it, Sarah's a sweet thing who'd treat him more special than the other guys.

For the sake of an unofficial wager I think that's proof enough. It's not an issue being brought before a court of law. After all, notice that all of those skills are high-ranked, meaning she's used them A LOT. It's the specific set of skills that would enable every advantage in this wager and to have Laura beaten out like she has been, and she's gained massive skill-ups in them from use.
Either way there's absolutely no reason for Noru to not point out what she's working with. At least void this wager on the grounds that Sarah is manipulating the guild for her own ends, even if it won't hold up in court she will be forced to give up on snagging Noru.

17 Chapters later.... I'm dissapointed funny moments between Noru's mother and sister is not included..... I wonder why.
...ya know, I don't think I would be satisfied with a conclusion to this that doesn't involve the guild master coming and firing her. Her job is to safely and effectively manage to adventurers while pushing them to improve but she's pushing them to the breaking point to sure up her own end of term numbers. This is terrible mismanagement and is an overall determent to the whole guild.

Since it is apparent that he is an idiot and didn't think to bring some of his other friends in or using some form of transportation or teleportation to increase the rate he can complete quest then he needs to ask the Great Sage.
Aside from that why hasn't he made an ability that increases the rate he gains LP or that simply allows him to gain LP continuously without doing anything. I mean he litterly could create or edit one that can get him limitless LP even if he had to create weaker versions of the end skill to conserve LP
