I read the city as "Horniest" city, realised my mistake a few pages later, and yet I think it fits better than "Hornest" city.

@SocialWeebs Dorobo Neko is NOT "Cat burglar" A cat burglar is someone who breaks into a house by scaling a wall or climbing down a chimney and the likes.

A Dorobo Neko is a home wrecker. A woman who is going after a taken man. Even "thieving cats" would have been a better choice of words than "cat burglar"
