Being a fan of Otaku's Offspring, I thought I'd check this out when I stumbled across the description.
This is kinda different.
The spoiler isn't much of a spoiler, but still, it's more than was apparent in the first two chapters.
MyAnimeList does have this tagged as a Romance.
Clearly, the question would be, between whom, and to what extent?
It also lists it as having 21 chapters in 4 volumes.
To date, only four chapters have been scanlated.
This is kinda different.
The mangaka is definitely having fun with the body swapped characters acting more like the stereotype for the gender they were swapped into than the original inhabitant.
Both being of the voyeur variety of Yuri/Fujoshi otaku, not wanting to actually be involved in such a relationship when the opportunity presents itself.
While at the same time, not being interested in the opposite sex while in their original gender, as it would stand in the way of their chosen ships.
