Looks like SmileyGuy used the serialized version in the pre-serialized series
Both versions don't have that many differences but in the official one the drawing is a bit better and a little more dialogue and content
It's still understandable but there a some details

As an example of differences, chapter 8 pre-serialized is chapter 7 serialized. Towards the very end, the differences become minor, but they're still worth covering in two streams, we believe, up until the beginning of volume 2, which is chapter 14.

Other than ruru-chan I think grands would be the most supportive person in the series. I can see and tell how she cares a lot about a-chan.
