Don't take the ring brother ... if you do one of three things will happen:

1. The ring curses you and draws you under her subjugation and you become her beta boy
2. The ring is a proposal and you are now her beta boy husband which draws the ire of every ... other ... yandere ... in the game
3. The ring is the 'one ring' with the power to draw all the other rings to it. However, since this is a game it is only beholden to its maker. In the darkness it will bind you, becoming your precious, and causing you to become ... her beta boy.

Either way, you're fucked if you take the ring. I guess there are save points so maybe it should be alright. Also with all the crazy ass women in this manga, she might just be the serial killer type ... watch your kidneys bro ... and your left nut. #noringu

@boag Me thinks the assassin girl may know more about the MC than the MC is aware of and probably helped with the subjugation by lacing his milk and making him need to use the restroom to the point that he would inevitably meet those goons.

@rrolo1 Technically she's not marked as an enemy but rather a target, big difference, the prior implies she innately has hostility against him. That said from a reader and MC perspective the whole skull thing along with her difficulty should raise more flags than this.
Then again though, the difficulty is in making them fall for him and not necessarily how dangerous they are.
