Because of Hikami very high affection points, if it keep getting higher than 100, Hikami can turn full Yandere and try to kill all others girls.

Yurea is much more dangerous than Hikami. It's not like they would be fighting one on one.
Since we know MC doesn't plan ahead and is pretty stupid overall, I doubt she's dead yet. Mainly because if he thought ahead just a little bit and planned a save file before he visited Hikami, I can certainly see her dying in that type of timeline. But since we know MC doesn't use well planned out saves, he probably didn't set a good save point before visiting Hikami which means she's not dead yet.

@Siquall, but we don't know still what would become with affection points when they reach 100. Yeah, it's probably as you speculate, but the author can always pull a rabbit out of a hat. Maybe they will just disappear from game when the points reach 100, maybe they just forget about MC, whatever.
