No, its might be even worse then that.
The guy was gaged with tape in the first timeline when he had a bomb, so he was unable to speak untill everyone blew up.
In the new timeline he was not gaged and started saying " i dont want to die" so she threw the guy out for being annoying.
The guy might not even had the bomb in him in the first place after the load, because they sure as heck would have noticed if he exploded mid air or while they were flying away.

Things changed when he loaded, it wasn't just her knowing about the future...
Something similar happened before on the date where removed the rice grain from her face ( chapter 16) she acted diffrently the secound time.
That could however just have been because of him acting differently, here we have 100 % proof the load was diffrent without him doing anything....
It was only some minor details but it has huge implications if loading is not a perfect repat of the events.
If it instead just sends him to a similar timeline or something,then past events can not always be relied upon if he takes longer time between saves.
And if he makes alot shorter saves there is a bigger risk of him making irredeemable mistakes like letting her know he has special powers....
