In this instance its bullshit because humans eat bear and predatory fish all the time. The main reason most people don't eat predatory mammals ifls because its expensive and they're not suitable for domestication.

@Raudhbjorn And bear meat is shit. I mean, sure, you can technically eat any meat, but it does not mean it's any good. Heck, even wild game is grades below domesticated animals, and nobody hunts predatory animals for meat except for gourmet reasons or extreme conditions.
FIsh is a bit different though.

Grizzly is good eating. Bear paw stewed with garlic, onion, blueberries and carrots is fantastic. Mountain lion is pretty damned good too. I hear savannah lion is pretty tasty if you cook it right.
