Ok, at first it was funny watching how the girls peed themselves. Now I'm worried they might have bladder problems instead. I mean she peed herself twice!! While isekai have never been that inspiring with regards to literary genius, this is kind of a new low. Let me try predicting the next two chapters: MC annihilates all the dragons, the witch girl doubles as a sprinkler system with her incontinence continuing to rear its head, and the dragon king comes flying to the MC to suck his dick.

Guessing either the silver and gold is mixed up and should be the other way around...or more likely it was 3000 silver coins, but the base unit is "gold" similar to some games/RPGs that also use "G", rather than gold itself.
And the line after that, "It's value must be pretty close to yen" makes me think they simply swapped out Yen for "gold" to make it easier on Japanese readers, further convincing me that's exactly what they did. If you convert 3 million "gold" aka Yen to dollars, it'd be roughly $30k (disregarding current exchange rates). That's about $15/hour if you worked full-time for a year; more than enough to live comfortably as a bachelor, as that panel suggests with him in bed lazing around.

Gold makes for a good currency because it's rare and basically useless for pre-electrical societies. It's only cool property is the lack of tarnish and easy molding making it good for decoration. I expect the main use for it in fantasy is to bribe dragons to fuck off.
Silver does tarnish, and does so fairly easily. This made it good for detecting acidic and basic poisons, which led to the whole purity and anti-evil stuff. It's probably worth substantially more in a world that actually has magic things weak to it. Distributing it as a currency is a great way to protect your populace against such things.
Aluminum was super rare for a long time because nobody knew how to derive it from the ore that we use today. It's also basically a supermetal, being way lighter than iron while also almost as strong. Anytime you see mithril you can probably just sub in aluminum. Stops being good when steel working is mastered.
and then you have copper as the common, worse than iron metal, tin below that and iron being the actually useful material.

I've decided to continue reading this just to see if there will be countermeasures taken to prevent her from soiling his ground in the future..
And yeah, she definitely seems to have some kind of dimensionalspace bladder. (Defo too much for a female.)
Edit: Maybe it's a self-defense mechanism to stink herself up so would-be predators and foes leave and thus let her live?
