I think the case was because the group aims quality that is too high.
A standard scanlation would skip SFX especially editing the very image itself.

This manga roughly would take about 1-2 weeks to finish per chapter if you're cleaning and editing alone (based on my beginner experience) so I assume people who worked in group and probably more experienced would've taken less time.

There's like 52 chapters but they wont translate the rest cause the author asked them not to. its annoying since there wont be an official translation ever. it sucks since its good, and the author apparently only wants japan to have it and no one else. I don't really get that thinking personally. I also don't know why no one will translate the rest, since it has become like this.
