the ending seems rushed :/
if she cant stand and walk properly of course she will be in a wheel chair. and as for the how did she get dressed bit. its possible her wound has closed enough to make her be able to dress herself, although there may be personel hidden in the background to help her dress like the first time she was kidnapped to get in a badly fitted dress.
