Orenchi no Maid-san - Vol. 3 Ch. 29

Can't count how many times I went awwww in this chapter. The "mother-in-law" part, the "I'm just happy" part (which reminds me of how Yanagi of Last Game gets mercilessly teased by everyone for celebrating the most minuscule of victories he has over Kujou), the "I see you as a guy part"... what a fantastic chapter for this fangirl! <3

love how the author colors the character's hair colour is the same as their parents, unlike those anime/manga out there

Since they're classmates, it's pretty weird that she didn't know his surname

@Thiron It's twice as weird as Japanese usually use Surnames when talking to others and switch to the first name when they are close, friends and such. It's a big deal for them to switch if I believe in what most of mangas show.

@Kaarme @Thiron
I mean all of his classmate use his given name, i would imagine he simply introduced himself with that due to not liking or being uncomfortable with his family name.
Especially considering that he did marry into this family if I understand correctly (I dont know if you take the name in the land of the rising sun).

Kamikizaki also might sound slightly obnoxious? Again my incredibly limited knowledge of the language sees somthing about divinity, so perhaps it's an old family with reputations to uphold and hes not allowed to use it in vain.

In the household it would be plain old wierd to use the family name as it would get super confusing.

And if it's just like classmates know each others full names... nah... I worked with the same people for the last decade and i only know my managers surname and another because of "BRING THE PAYNE!"

I mean theres loads of reasons why she might not including her being a bit of a div.

@Jelly_Storm - I am under impression all three kids have the same father, so they had the same family name all along. But the timeline seems tight.

Isn't Kimishima supposed to come back to her parents' house since it's summer vacation?
