Yep! It's the one that won the fan poll vote and was featured on the Hana to Yume magazine >w<
I'm not sure if it's included on the printed copies, but it seems that they added it to the digital version of Volume 29 -- lucky for us!

Hello Anon-chan-man, thank you for this new chapter !
Mafuyu's face on the "what happened to my part" line killed me. They're all dumb, but Yui surely is one of the dumbest, sanity completely left his body.
Did I already say how much I love Hayasaka ? I think so, but let me say it again. HAYASAKAAAA my boy, you're a sunshine for everyone, even for your fellow characters.
And last but no least : WHAT SURVEY ? WHAT ANIME ? WADDAHELL ? You just brightened my day, for the second time in 10 minutes. Anon-chan-man is the real MVP.
