oh shit.....they should undo the Knight's curse so he'd stop being reflexively gay
To everyone saying she became a Yandere you need to realize that like all of the curses they have its not that simple.
She succumbed to darkness. This may lead to Yandere behavior but it isn't a flip like knight and its not just that. She has simply given into all the darkest parts of herself that she held back. Her fears and such about people dying were shown here. Her obsession was shown here and last chapter.
Point is that she's the same person just lost to her own inner "darkness". Its kinda like Darkness from Konosuba in that the bright outer persona belies an inner darkness. Giving in to that has left her in this state.
Think of all your "darkest" thoughts, impulses and feelings and imagine giving into them utterly. Having them overpower you and succumbing to them.

The curse was, "Return...Shift...Change...Succumb"
'Return' - Monk returning to a child
'Shift' - Knight shifting his sexuality, his personality is just who he is now that he's uninhibited from trying to appeal to Hime. We wear different masks for different relationships.
'Change' - Chroma changing from male to female.
'Succumb' - Hime succumbing to the dark side. They have cookies.
