I hate people like Howard they are seriously worse then actual blatantly evil people, they make you feel bad or make other people admonish you for not just rolling over and accepting them because they are energetic and "kind" when really they've just never been told NO and then had actual consequences happen/seen the havoc they can cause, its manipulative and they are enabled by every person who turns a blind eye because they are "charismatic" instead of being called selfish.
