French here, we're gonna go straight to the point, "Jeanne" is a woman name, a man would be named "Jean", so either it's yuri or he changed his name, or he had really bad parent cause you're gonna get roasted to a billion degree in school with such a name on a boy.

As @Rayznar stated, yes, Jeanne is a woman name. I dont even think the state would let you name a male Jeanne so it must be a mistake from the author. Thanks for the chapter anyway !
