Just go tell the police about it. Sure, they won't believe you and will arrest you, but your lawyer will then get a copy of the picture and recording. They can then take it to get check and find out the pic and recording is not real. Of course, the teacher would still be fired, but he would not have to be blackmailed for the rest of his life.

Manga has blackmail and kidnapping because japs are straight up too far gone. They just cannot even imagine how to make a normal relationship, unless it involves forcing someone to be with them against their will. That's why slaves, kidnapping etc trive in manga. Sad!

With the recording he can find ways on how to prove it's all fake and with the pic just having the girl that appears I there say what actually happened will prove his innocence. I mean he just gave her the DS they confiscated her, sure she told him she loved him but in no way did that mean in a romantic way since she clearly said so...
