For those asking about "The chapter numbers in the manga don't line up!!!" - Those are the original publication chapter runs. Being a Shinobi manga, the numbering flies out the window when it goes to tank, and the MangaDex chap/vol numbers pertain to that.

I did some digging.
Official status from the scanlators, "nobody wants to do this - to whoever reads this - can you do it"[SIC].
Also from them, chapters 15-19 have been cleaned and 15 has been translated, no typesetting or other work.
