Would anyone be able to provide a translation for the document on the last panel? Just a rough idea of what it says would be greatly appreciated.

It says something like
- written oath -
Kashiwagi san is a girl, but we will pretend not to know.
(She has her own circumstances)

and the characters under the first 4 lines of the oath are probably the names of classmates who've signed the agreement so far.

...Why would you not translate the last panel of the last page when it clearly illustrates why no one in the class is addressing why Kashiwagi is crossdressing? I mean, I don't have an issue with them not changing the text, but to not even provide a TLN somewhere that translates it is pretty damn puzzling.
