Otome Danshi ni Koisuru Otome - Vol. 1 Ch. 120.5 - Volume 1: Extras

You've got your mother in a whirl
She's not sure if you're a boy or a girl

Rebel rebel, you've torn your dress
Rebel rebel, your face is a mess
Rebel rebel, how could they know?

You've torn your dress, your face is a mess
You can't get enough, but enough ain't the test
You've got your transmission and your live wire
You got your cue line and a handful of 'ludes
You wanna be there when they count up the dudes
And I love your dress
You're a juvenile success
Because your face is a mess (rebel rebel)
So how could they know?
I said, how could they know? (rebel rebel)

Yuki is always so wholesome which made it hard to remember that he's got all this past weighing on his shoulders, despite it being hinted at pretty early on as well (school dropout for reasons etc)

I'm pretty sure I've heard of a superstition like that before but I'm having a hell of a time finding anything about it right now. It may have been something like an urban legend built around an actual practice called Breeching I guess? Little boys were dressed similarly to girls because breeches were difficult to deal with and they were still toilet training.

YEAH Grandma! Slay, grandma, SLAY! I love Grandma already.
@AmoiCunPergh yes, even here in Japan there was a culture like that. In the Shogunate era, males of the royal family will be dressed as girls until their coming of age to avoid assassinations.

Grandma was a true home bro👊

btw Asuka glhf I dunno if current you is gonna even have a chance

I wonder how granny got by during her early years, did she follow the advice she gave to Yuuki or fall back into order like the rest of society did to survive?

I'm usually a very open minded person.. But lets be honest a kid wearing girl clothes is weird. I don't mind a ribbon or pink accessories. But it'll also give many misunderstandings if she just wears girl clothes.

He's a bit too obsessed with girl clothes... I know there are cultures where there are manly dresses that look cool, he should try that but this is pure female clothes.

Will he wear these clothes his whole life? What about marriage? What about when his voice gets deep and puberty gives him facial hair, even if you shave you'll still be able to tell.

There should be a time and place everything!

😭 where was my supportive grandma to tell me I didn’t have to act like a boy and could wear womens clothing if I wanted
