I highly recommend that you finish this arc, this one was the best arc for me.
But if you want the POV of other character then read the Novel.
POV are super interesting and they're my favorites, I especially like Death March POV.
My favorite POV on this was the maid of Katarina.

I feel like its obvious that the hidden route and dark magic user is a yandere student council president after all he only unlocks after conquering all the other routes, and well all the characters are in love with Bakarina so maybe trying to kick her out of the school and hate her is his way of getting her away from them and all to himself?

Still there will be people that do not see what you do as "evil" and will label it as chaotic or stupid.
To be fair my comment is not about someone that wants to be "evil" more about individual actions that can b perceived as evil but also as good when it is in one's self-interest.

For example: Satan. He is "evil" because it is what other people says about him but from a objective view of his actions it becomes more uncertain if he is evil or not starting with is he is even putable or not for his actions to whether or not his actions are destructible or lead to something bad.

Student council president, hidden character route in an otome game are usually yandere types and hes obviously set up as the hidden route... although there was that odd panel with Maria's mother in the summer vacation that made me a bit cautious of her so those are my suspects
