In fact, this has made me distinctly aware of how few male Otome isekai protagonists there are, which is sad. I mean, I get it. It's in the name, this is meant for ladies. But it's not like we can except the same quality of story if we just isekai'd a guy into the male-equivalent dating sim, since that'd just be a harem.
