Well, in Marie's defense, she grew up being spoiled by her onii-chan, and seeing how he acts most of the time, she probably started acting spoiled more just to get those moments of great caring.

She probably also went after men that superficially acted like her brother, and since it looks like Leon mostly showed up his annoyed sides the her, she ended up with those that did not have the caring side that she was looking for.

Who really knows. Considering Deirdre said that in an alternate timeline, it could be interpreted as an otherworldly foreshadowing or irony. We also can deny the fact that Leon himself admitted to exchanging letters with both Clarise and Deirdre. His interactions with her have also increased since she has become the diplomat for the Hohlfahrt Kingdom. It's unlikely that she would let him go so easily so that her sister, who has yet to make an official appearance in the main story, could get with her his brother.

Regarding the arcs, who knows what will happen in the future. If the author intends to have this novel cover the entire 3 years of school then we're barely halfway there. The current pattern does show his engagements revolve a big arc around Olivia and Ange, but it doesn't mean it will always follow that formula. All they need is a significant number of flags and screen time.

Still, Leon's harem grows one size larger, (it's clear as fucking day she'll fall for him. I haven't read the LN but it's like predicting the sun will rise) and this time, it's a badass tomboy gyaru gf that can trashtalk anyone into oblivion. So far his harem is a hard 10/10.
